Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 was read the third time. Senators Leman, Miller, Sharp, Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration.
